Fair point, but what good is that medication, if it's in a pile of rumble from, or destroyed in, an car crash. We must consider the risk/benefit ratio. Is the benefit greater than the risk to a drivers' safety. Would you expect mail to be delivered in a hurricane? Serious question.

It’s sad that you believe anyone should risk their life to deliver bills and adverts to you. If the road conditions are too dangerous, then mail delivery should be suspended. No correspondence is worth someone’s life.
