See #20657 Resolves merge conflicts, only edits the en.json locale and the core application, leaving the other locales alone. Otherwise, exactly the same as #20657.

there's got to be some sociological / psyche term for this effect -- the thing you actually need to do is way less attractive than other things that don't have deadlines. it's not attention deficit.

NVIDIA has a market cap north of $4 trillion. If this one company were itself an entire industry sector, that would make it the fifth most capitalized sector in the US.
