Once Trump showed he'd be fine with starving people, and SCOTUS agreed to fuck the poor, we lost pretty much any leverage we had. I hate this deal, but I'd hate people starving more. Make Rs take a vote, and fight again in another 8 weeks.

Sadly because Trump and the GOP don't give a shit about poor people and seem fine with denying SNAP and healthcare. I don't think we had the leverage to get ACA benefits extended so much as we used the leverage to show Rs don't give a shit. But we can't let people starve. I hate it.
