🛑 They blame players instead of developing them.

🛑 They care more about their own ego than their players’ growth.

🛑 They fail to take responsibility for player development.

But too often, bad coaches do the opposite:

🛑 They focus only on flaws instead of potential.

🛑 They don’t develop players—they just wait for better ones.

🛑 They allow bad attitudes and toxic behavior to spread.

🛑 They don’t create a toxic culture overnight, but they tolerate it every day.
