I'm more optimistic about changing minds about policing anyway, at least where it counts. Like most of the damage of cops in this country is done in cities, places that should theoretically be far more open to massive police reform simply because they vote so much bluer

I mean except for the last bit about never convincing people it seems like that'd have to be how it'd happen right otherwise we're just fucked? Like yea existing cops are the most racist power tripping people on Earth so to actually fix policing a huge amount of them would just have to go.

Yea but I think like if my mutuals all moved here and had DMs here I'd be fine just get my news from my Google news feed until this platform gets more breaking news stuff in a timely manner
