That’s included in the criticism for sure. You can hold those criticisms and still support the notion of Jewish statehood and self-determination.

Sorry I forgot to acknowledge that you agreed poverty is a factor. If poverty is the strongest predictor, then our focus should be on socio-economic empowerment of indigenous Australians.

I’m not disputing that it’s happening, I’m trying to pinpoint the actual issue. So we’re saying judges are making racist decisions?

But what is the mechanism that leads to this outcome? Is poverty the main factor? Does a poor non-indigenous woman locked up for this as well? Are judges making racist decisions? A lot of people are quoting the outcomes here but I’m not hearing any answers that pinpoint the cause.

Because some of my friends joined the police 🤷🏽♂️. It’s a very comfortable question.
