Naw, Fowler’s still a rookie and Dobes is still too inconsistent. Monty just needs time to find his game. I’d rather see Fowler in the AHL away from unrealistic expectations and needless pressure. We’ve tried it the other way for 30 years how about we do the right way for a while

I thought that the loss of the two centres Danault and KK in the summer of 2021 were overshadowed by Weber & Price’s careers ending as reasons the wheels fell off the team and they cratered. Dvorak had a pretty mediocre season as a replacement

Great defensively, wins draws and Newhook and Dach can move to the wing where they’re both more effective. Not too sure if they’ll break up the Kapanen-Demidov combo since it’s been effective but they just added much needed depth at center.

Wasn’t Fowler’s fault just like it wasn’t all Monty and Dobes fault in the other games. This is year 4 of the rebuild, young teams are inconsistent and a veteran team would have locked that one down after 1 period. I wish fans would remember that instead of hoping for magic to happen

I think there’s blame to go around. The defensive coverage was “wanting” to put it lightly. Year 4 of the rebuild and it might be the most frustrating period because you can see the promise but all the pieces aren’t in place yet. Patience
