His imagining America existed and had boats landing there at the same time as the Danes "we had boats landing there, also" is likewise... something.

As a matter of trivia would there have been anything pre-Second Grinnell expedition (1853), I wonder?

Useful topheavy design.

Clinton's "basket" line was so memorable Chuck thought he'd try out "buckets." Maybe we'll be treated to pails, hods, scuttles next.

Castration really needs to become a requirement for office. Should cut down some on the number of aspirants.

"You will see in the next months, we’re going to be focusing on five buckets." Who talks like that?

The only time I'd care to see Schumer and buckets mentioned in the same sentence would be when he kicks it, which can't be soon enough.

Fifteen words, did they miscount?

"Territorial expansion" grr. Wish they'd do more to expand their minds and hearts.

We've acquired multiple territories we still haven't granted statehood, whose people we still haven't granted full citizenship, unlike the land of the Louisiana Purchase and Alaska. Absolutely it's "Blut und Boden."

All caps is pretty shouty. God surely used a better font, besides.

Coveting wallspace, printing contracts, attention, obedience totally cool though.

Isn't the headline saying a reckoning for Trump, for Trump's revolution is coming? I.e. he will fail and face consequences for what he's been doing? Or does the article go in a different direction?

As an attempt at a provocation of Altman, eh... but otherwise, ick. Slopmaker, not filmmaker.

Cool, let him retreat to an underground bunker and start consuming Christian doomsday buckets of food. No worries about any of us wanting in on that!

Putin, or Putin's puppet? (Or recognize the false dilemma.)

That's all kinds of messed up!

Looks like he left the sticker on the brim too.

Wish people around him, his SS detail, would start sharing more of what they observe of his behavior & actions in private that would help further overwhelmingly satisfy 25th Amendment or impeachment & removal even for the most stubborn GOP stalwarts. Their own oaths to the Constitution require it.

Hoping for Pirro and Hegseth as regular guests, evidently.

"Police" wearing branded merch like a NY Yankees hat while "working" is also buffoonish. If the situation is so informal they can advertise their fandoms on duty, they don't need masks and tactical vests or to be armed to the teeth. Who's the little guy & quote balloon on his hat, I wonder?
