we had an offer accepted and are now going through this. our inspector came highly recommended, and cost us a pretty penny which i hope means he will be thorough! we also are doing an fha so pretty much anything that comes up has to be fixed by sellers 😅

it already seems overwhelmingly fast 😅 we have been shopping loan offers and only our second attempt was able to pre approve us within 24 hours with a plan that works for us. 😅

i am terrified but excited about the possibility of being a home owner soon 🥺
