I'm pretty rarely surprised by stupidity. But I remain baffled that we collectively tolerate and even celebrate the utter tomfoolery of the tech world. I can't think of any other sphere of human endeavor that gets this kind of leeway.

I haven't watched this since it came out in 2017, before I had kids. I'm actually finding it very difficult to watch Winona Ryder agonize over her missing son. Very well done acting, I'm just...not sure I want to watch that kind of thing for entertainment anymore.

My actual quibble is that Barb really does get done dirty. Damn. Just total sacrificial lamb.
