Tom. Respectfully. The Presidency is corrupt. The DOJ has become corrupt. The Republican Congress has abdicated responsibility. And the Supreme Court is endorsing this unprecedented, unimaginable presidential power grab. At this point, Casandra seems like a reasonable assessment of the situation.

The problem with the Supreme Court acting like an overt political body is that there is no political constituency for the Supreme Court. The end result will be institutional obsolescence with full public support.
