#ICYMI: Baltimore Co. Exec. Klausmeier says she’s following county code in asking Kelly Madigan to reapply to be IG, but two county councilman question whether the code says that.
Madigan’s clear: It doesn’t, adding she’s unsure if open investigations caused this.

For Bonnie Raindrop, the research became personal.
