This is not an advertisement, but rather a shout-out to my very dear colleagues at the Laboratory for Bioarchaeology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. In our little corner of the world, where academic opportunities are pretty limited, they are doing excellent work.

After 7 consecutive years of going to conferences, I am pausing this year to gather some strength (and new data :D) for the next run. I am definitely looking forward to next year's PZAF in Lisbon

In my country it's still a relatively new subdiscipline so I thought I'd find work more easily. Along the way I realised analyses of faunal remains provided more exact data (again, relatively speaking :D), which I prefer over other traditional studies of material culture (no offence to anyone :D)
