I have been trying in general to deal better with my anxiety which is this sort of free floating constant in my life looking for a story to attach itself to, if that makes sense.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve gotten more sensitive to the caffeine. If I brew it too strong I’ll get a headache and my anxiety will ramp up.

I drink one liter (a French press) every morning and stop at noon. Occasionally if I’m dragging I’m allowed one espresso beverage in the afternoon. I’ve found this has overall helped perhaps not surprisingly with my anxiety and my sleep.
