As a Mexican-American, the news has me drained. Even though my family are citizens, I worry about ICE brutalizing them. No one should live with this kind of fear.

There is a protestor around the 45min mark carrying toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a French baguette. Presumably to give to the prisoners, as conditions inside the facility are pretty grim.

Interesting that it was exactly 86 Democrats, since 86 means 'to get rid of'. Probably a coincidence....

The U.S. contractors who put up those signs in Mexico did so at the mouth of the Rio Grande.
As you'll note, there is a Space X (Starbase) launch pad just north across the border. You can watch the rockets launch from Mexico. The signs were planted across the river, which is where the border is.
