113. Amphibia (Season 1)

Wasn't too sure what to expect but found a stupidly funny and exceedingly charming show with a bold and dramatic finale that has me hooked. Really smooth animation and excellent voice acting tired to fresh and creative scripts make for a fun and comforting time.

112. Peacemaker (Season 2 Ep. 7)

Damn, this was a dark and sad one. Really shows how Gunn can really bring out the drama well, especially with John Cena KILLING it in the acting department. I felt that performance. Few jokes ruined the tone, very sincere and serious. Cannot wait for the finale!

111. Clarkson's Farm (Season 4)

Quite wise to shift focus from not just farming, but to pub owning too. Must be hard to realistic shake things up for television but they do just about get away with it. Still cozy and entertaining with a surprisingly bittersweet ending. Very much comfort watching.

110. Marvel Zombies

Was not a fan of the original 'What If' episode but this is a huge improvement. The pacing and dialogue feels much more natural and seeing so many fun characters bounce off each other never gets old, especially as a Phase 4 fan. Surprisngly creative too. I'd be up for more!

109. Peacemaker (Season 2 Ep. 6)

There it is! There's the payoff! The WHAM episode! Terrific reveal that recontextualises this season and does a great job of showing each of the main characters navigating it. Plus the excellent cameo that serves a purpose and not just a cheap trick. Best episode!

108. King of the Hill (Season 4)

There's such a sense of self-respect and pride in itself this show has that I truly respect. It never talks down or acts low to appeal to more people. It's wholesome and comforting. I'm also amazed how much variety they manage to squeeze out of this humble series.

107. The Amazing Digital Circus (Ep. 5)

BEST EPISODE SO FAR! Loved it! Stupidly funny while juggling all the main characters and diving into their backstories and nuances. Wonderful pacing too, really letting moments breathe and playing with tone without detracting from the show's intention.

106. The Amazing Digital Circus (Ep. 4)

They say that the sign of good characters is that you can watch them do anything and it's still entertaining. This is proof. Such a toned down concept serves for fun character dissection with the spotlight on Gangle now. This one is just a fun, chill vibe.

105. The Amazing Digital Circus (Ep. 3)

Did not expect such a nuanced dive into Kinger of all people. Nor that ACTUALLY scary imagery in such a goofy concept. It's wise to shift the spotlight to different characters with each episode. Truly shows that this is a fun ensemble of characters.

104. Torchwood: Children of Earth

...jesus christ...

What can I say? Nightmarish, topical, depressing, bold, creative, biting. This is that Russell T. Davies magic. The seralised format suits the show better and everyone is on top form. Legit haunting stuff that stays with you. Peak Television.

103. Peacemaker (Season 2 Ep. 5)

Hell of a cliffhanger with things really ramping up. I almost forget how damn good this cast is. John Cena is just such a captivating lead actor, I could watch him for hours. This episode has the James Gunn blend of funny and deep, I do reckon this season is better.

102. Chibi-Robo!

One of the most unique Gamecube games for sure. Very charming and innovative. Need a walkthrough quite a bit as there were plenty of "how was I supposed to know that?" but love the characters and cozy vibes. I adore games focused on side-quests so this fits the bill for me. Ribbit.

101. Peacemaker (Season 2 Ep. 4)

Much more filler and only really serves to set up the next episode but it's nice to take that step back to look at where the characters are currently, it's still a very funny entertaining time. Micheal Rooker gets a fun spotlight here. Hopefully next week delivers.

100. The Walking Dead: The Final Season

This did NOT go the direction I expected, but that's quite exciting. The new gameplay really freshens things up, plus a more focused smaller plot and characters is a good way to end things. Needed a 5th episode but it's still that emotional Telltale goodness.

99. The Walking Dead: A New Frontier

While not as fresh or gut wrenching as the first two seasons, this still has the tough choices and engaging plots that same this series great. The stand out here is the anti-nihilistic tone, which is wonderful to see in a zombie story. Hope and goodwill win.

98. Peacemaker (Season 2 Ep. 3)

What a fascinating episode. Both from an introspective look at Chris and the exploration of this new world. If they're doing what I think they're doing, the seeds they're sowing will lead to some electric. Such a huge step up from the first season. Tim Meadows peak!
