If your skin is not white, my strong advice would be to not travel to the USA for any of these games. You will have no trouble in Canada or Mexico. But you may find yourself in a few unwanted meetings with ICE agents in the USA.

A) to remove and cease and desist using images; and B-file for damages to the good name and image of Franklin (which would be awfully simple to prove)

This could be a clusterfuck for the ages-not to mention a bad injury waiting to happen. If I was the NHL and/or the IOC, I'd be looking into the availability of the O2 Arena in Prague. I believe Germany also has a couple of NHL sized arenas. Being ready isn't when teams can skate on it 2 days prior.
