Spent some time trying to figure out that French Navy vessel near BORACAY / PUSHPA / KIWALA. She´s def. Horizon class.

My bet is FORBIN D620 🇫🇷 based on her dimensions and the fact that the other is somewhere else.

Low NIR signature. Below enhanced and default. She´s lit. stealth!
