I rather suspect a lot of her claims on this are massive exaggerations to bring more attention to the ludicrousness of the government's Palestine Action stance, but we'll see!

That the OBR thought were unlikely? Their job is to estimate the result of financial decisions, not their likelihood.
Considering our productivity was at its recent worst in 2023, I think it's reasonable to think any productivity revision would have happened immediately after, not two years later.

Is his argument not that the Tories did this and he supported it because the OBR's numbers said it was affordable? And that if they had downgraded productivity earlier rather than kicking the can, it would not have been affordable and therefore he would not have supported it?

Considering the responses I've seen, I wouldn't be surprised if people have misunderstood that policy and think the entire ISA allowance has been cut from £20k to £12k

Does it matter that it's market sensitive? The actual thing will be announced any minute and it won't change now. Just brings any market reaction forward an hour or two?
