M11 is a nightmare to use. Any time an incident occurs delays end up being really lengthy. Getting to it can also be a problem. It can’t cope with current traffic levels. It would need another lane added as a minimum to cope with the extra numbers.

Birmingham struggles with its current capacity at times. It’s surrounded on 3 sides by housing/industrial areas and the other side is restricted by the M42. Adding another runway would be super expensive. Stansted is easiest in SE to expand but transport links are awful.

I finally finished the Wheel of Time series this year. The last three written by Sanderson after Jordan’s death are by far the best three of the 14. A Memory of Light is my fav. If only for Ch 37 a 221 page single chapter telling the story of The Last Battle.

I think that’s one of the reasons I love Egwene. It’s the ability to make things work while the people around her think they have her under control is the most admirable quality. She’s playing 4D chess while they’re just on a flat board.
