Very good team performance. Only problem for me is that the suns could be made earlier. And Johnston can’t get back in the team ahead of Ward when he’s fit again. Up the Rams

Obviously I don’t want players injured but that’s 1 position I’m not worried about, & possibly either of Nyambe or Ward would be an improvement on Johnston. Still far from impressed with his performances

And by all accounts Kenzo played well against Villa last night. I’m sure it was a mistake to let him go.

Wow, never a dull day watching the rams. That first half was as bad as I can remember in recent years, & the second much better (but in the grand scheme of things still not great against another poor side). Let’s hope the result gives the side some confidence, bite & organisation for sat

The worry is that Oxford are one of the weaker sides in the league. Here’s hoping for improvement on Tuesday

Unfortunately I could t go because of night shifts Friday and yesterday, but after watching the highlights & talking to family who went, yes, there was significant improvement! I just hope that Travis settles and shows some more soon. As I’d have Ebou & Ozoh in the middle atm

Very worrying. Relegation form. Can’t pass, can’t cross, no pattern of play, short ‘long throws’ & a lot of money spent. Travis and Johnston look no better than Kenzo or Wilson. BBD offers little going forward & nothing defensively. Alamo glad I can’t go Saturday

We looked so light weight in the middle of the park too

prepare for league one now

I disagree. I don’t think he is solely to blame for the poor recruitment over every transfer window he was at the club. But the poor transfer policy is the main problem. Poor recruitment putting extra pressure on certain players who broke down with injuries. But yeah, we’ll agree to disagree
February 15, 2025 at 8:04 AM
Paul Warne wasn’t the problem

Interesting that the leaves don’t get that big
February 11, 2025 at 6:31 PM
Throwing PW under the bus
February 4, 2025 at 8:56 PM
We will agree to disagree
February 4, 2025 at 1:58 PM
I don’t think he makes the decisions on signings. He’s a head coach. Just identifies areas he needs players. Stephen Pearce and others in the transfer department make more of a decision
February 4, 2025 at 1:44 PM
We never had an issue during the MM era because we were paying stupid money. I disagree that the issue is PW. If he was we wouldn’t have signed anyone this season
February 4, 2025 at 1:15 PM
You’ve got to say PW has been hampered in every transfer window since he’s been at the club. Not filling gaps in the squad that he assessed needed filling. Someone is to blame for that

Can’t say I’m hopeful with SP in charge
