The article says "she wants leverage, positioning, and momentum" but she's done the exact opposite by making it publicly known she is desperate to make it to WWE. That's not leverage, that's a weak negotiating position.

Checked and yeah, it's him, Regal's son, Finlay's other son, and Santino's daughter (who they gave the TNA Women's Title!?) and her fiance. The speciation is that they're waiting for David Finlay to come in to round it out so BPJ is still being used but as a stable-filler.

I think they were forced to quiet down with the "This guy is a future star and Tony had him jobbing" once he was appearing outside vignettes and his limitations were obvious. I think they're building a Legacy type stable featuring him atm that people think is setup for David Finlay to be leader of.

There's a sense of entitlement, I think, that they believe WWE should have all the best toys in wrestling. Some react to that though by deciding that if someone isn't in WWE, they can't be that good. I've seen many a person claim MJF is the poor man's Miz, which is laughable.

After seeing a ton of WWE Fans act like Brian Pillman Jr going to WWE was a huge steal and a fumble by AEW, if I was a wrestler, I wouldn't be flattered by them wanting me to jump. I've seen who they hype up.

It is going to be really funny if they do the "Anyone who comes out of a box is instantly over!" move and the reveal gets crickets.

I remember thinking "There's surely no cool reveal for this." and then, yeah, that thought was correct. I think they then had someone crush the cage within like a month of the reveal to scrap the angle too.

They open it and it's someone in a black hoodie and mask because That's What Triple H Do.

To be fair to them, "aren't really wrestling fans" applies to a lot of male WWE fans too...

I think there's still an assumption and kind of acceptance among a lot of wrestling media people that how WWE is just the only way to do successful wrestling. I don't think they realise that even though they've been critiquing WWE for years, they've still absorbed a lot of their propaganda/spin.
