Speaking from personal experience this was what I did for many years, and sometimes still do now.
Accepting that you stammer, and not letting a stammer ruin your day, goes a long way.

Masking stuttering to appear fluent can come at a cost: anxiety, fear, and exhaustion.
When fluency is seen as the only goal, well-being can be left behind. Let’s not confuse the absence of stuttering in someone who stutters with success.
