If the individual (not calling them a fan) crossed the line with racist or disgusting remarks they should lose their tickets and be banned. DK should be suspended a game for the punch. I don't blame DK for his reaction if the remarks crossed the line.

From experience I can tell you as someone raising a boy you will be confronted with things like this many times. Try and explain what is right and what is wrong and stay true to your values despite others not sharing those values.
