They appear to be a direct action group that uses damage to property to highlight their message. Obviously they can already be prosecuted for criminal damage for that. The Government have interpreted it as terrorism because of a widely drawn s 1(2)(b) TA 2000 www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/1...
