Expect state and district special education departments to be “co-managed” by a national conglomerate. Maybe it’ll be CoreCivic (which manages state and federal prisons. They’re listed on the New York Stock Exchange as “CXW”). Look for “Mountain Dew’s Grand Canyon National Park” soon. 3/3
