Green energy currently only ads to energy use. It is not replacing anything, energy use is higher than ever from all sources. Fossil fuel companies have no incentive to stop, so they won't.

The biggest lie IMO is that we can continue to maintain the level of power we have, nevermind continuing to grow it. All green energy has merely been added to the ever increasing pile of fossil fuel use. We're not replacing trad fuels just finding new ways to continue inc power. None of it is enough

It's a way of manufacturing consent by obsfucating reality. They've been doing it for decades.
It's also why a garbage man are now called sanitation workers, shelf stackers are called store assistants or why Amazon calls its staff associates. It's amazing how powerful language is.

This is very bad for the average person and of course the article does virtually nothing to explain why. This has major impacts on consumer rights, environmental sustainability and more but the way the article is written, you'd think it was just about making businesses better. This

To the coast and then onto Libya by the looks of it and the World is watching it happen. I used to wonder how people lived through Hitler - turns out this is how.

Our governments act like we have this moral high ground over the South. This cult of civility that we have in Ireland and Europe is a facade. They preach about morals and integrity while killing thousands in Gaza. This isn't new, this system is built on the genocide of many peoples.
