Hey, 👋 pls add me. My project is shown in my profile (releasing/unlocking domain this year). Thanks

Correct. But, sometimes a little yes is good for the soul. It's like a diet - don't burn yourself out, leave a little room for some fun things too.

It's the curse of unfair advantages - if you have the skills you don't notice how valuable and powerful they are. Regardless of industry.

True it is not. But you need to "establish" your target audience first, you need to network. You can reach out directly (if you have the network) or indirectly (communities). The engagement is just a way to advertise and find possible clients. I might use bad expressions, hence the confusion

X? This is bsky. But anyway... any kind of network / outreach. If you have a decent following and engaging people validation gets trivial. You can use ads to do the same but randomizes audience (problem?). Validation isn't just posting a link somewhere, it's having a base of community to begin with.

I feel that the validation part is in of itself a problem. How do you actually validate without a network? chicken vs egg problem

Disagree. I'm looking for feedback and some form of accountability. Having a small amount of "oh... I should be sharing my progress... let's make this neat" is enough give me "some" motivation

Web3 app directory for vetted projects with safe links/airdrop pages
December 17, 2024 at 5:46 PM
Oh nice. I like your take on it. It feels more directory-focused than app-feel-y. "View details" seems repetitive, could be an icon? All in all - a decent take. Thanks for taking the time in experimenting around
December 17, 2024 at 5:43 PM
OK is totally fine for a first app. Thanks
December 17, 2024 at 10:20 AM
Also. If you are okay, can you share a project you made? Can I take one over to test for myself? I'd like to learn from it too + tweak and analyze what I can do differently

Did you start it 9 days ago and count it as failed again? I don't see any marketing either. If you do this loop again and again what do you expect to change?
December 16, 2024 at 9:20 AM
What's considered failing. And how did you learn from them? 6x failing means 6x super valuable lessons
December 15, 2024 at 6:26 PM
Doesn't this apply to 100% of founders? Where is the news? 😄
December 14, 2024 at 1:39 PM
I'm curious, why don't you use a free DB at first and then scale up to selfhost? Especially since dsql from aws is around the corner.
