Police in Lower Allen Twp. say a summons was issued for 45-year-old Ronald Melusky after he was caught on camera placing "I love Nazi" and "Ask me about my microscopic penis" stickers to a Cybertruck with a custom wrap back in April, causing what a news release described as $3,710 worth of damage.

#NEW: Dauphin County has released the recording of a 911 call from Cody Balmer following the arson at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence in Harrisburg.

Prosecutors say Balmer started the fire with Molotov cocktails. He’s facing a host of charges, including attempted murder.
