There’s a place where asylum claims are adjudicated. More judges were/are needed. Republicans in Congress blocked past efforts. Most recently a BIPARTISAN bill in the last congress never moved forward because Trump wanted to demagogue immigration in his campaign.

We could apply a haircut to the tax windfall the Republican party is trying to bestow on the segment of the population that can best afford it and Fund the IRS so that it could ensure that the wealthy individuals and corporations are actually paying what they owe.
