The Upper Colorado River basin snow pack is significantly below optimal. Only 55-65% of whatever average means anymore. Here in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada of California we've had only warm rain so far, no snow. Not good news.

I will continue to write the year as '2025' for at least two months into 2026

Except for implicating Republicans..... It seems like the Epstein saga might implicate lots of folks besides just Republicans. And we might consider that these non-Rs are anxious the files not be released too, and that they have access and influence.

So many of my late career bosses -- maybe most -- were women. What is the world is the big deal?
