Dems need to stoke that anger but they are not good at this.

Now people are getting pissed off paying for groceries, finding jobs, trying to get a raise, paying for healthcare, etc.

Trump tries to blame it all on Biden but he is the one who promised over and over that he would fix these things and he's made them all worse.

That's another strong emotional motivation; the need to feel that you fit in, that you belong, that you are not going to be ostracized for being a "weirdo".

Dems need to learn to use these emotional appeals better!

Meanwhile Dems, trying to appeal to emotion based voters with policies and logic, cannot figure out why these voters go against their own interests.

Most voters are driven by emotions, not policies, facts, logic.
Anamosity toward Biden, Harris and Dems in general has been carefully cultivated by Repubs and right wing media. They know it's an emotion that is easy to manipulate, and they've been very effective with it.

Just the opposite. If they are running drugs you stop them, arrest them, confiscate the drugs and then brag about the huge quantity of drugs you've seized.
Or, you bomb them to destroy the evidence that they had no actual drugs.

Try explaining to a European that when Americans get cancer they start a gofundme and hope to get enough donations to keep themselves alive.
