Architect shmarchitect. Those guys make concept drawings. It takes a small army of engineers to create the actual blueprints for construction, and that takes time. A lot of time. This is bullshit.

The responsibility to NOT OBEY UNLAWFUL ORDERS goes all the way down the chain of command, not just at the top. God damn this administration for what they are doing.
