Ah yes 😂 We’d recently adopted our 8 year old here, named him Finn. He’s part Beagle (we think) so though not shown here, his ears are always flopped open. His are not quite like the sausage pups, but he’s pretty close.

Our boy Fred died last year. Over the holidays, we stayed with his BFF’s parents in AZ, who lost their boy, Riki, years before. As puppies, Fred & Riki were inseparable.
They had a plaque and tree planted for Riki, & I kept a nut from it to lay on Fred’s urn, to remind us of their youth & joy.
