I agree on learning how to learn, but I also think some prerequisites are a money and time suck for people pursuing a career unrelated to them. The 4 year model is inefficient and needs an overhaul. It's why you see fewer folks going back to get a degree. 4 year commitment in your 30s is daunting.

Agree. I think if all the game elements can keep you engaged for 100+ hours, awesome. But it's a balancing act that's REALLY difficult to perform well. I LOVED BG3, but I was honestly checking my watch toward the end
