With the space in classrooms freed up by removing the Ten Commandments posters, may I suggest an alternative? A poster of the whole Preamble to the Constitution? It's a concise statement of the purpose of American government to be memorized as the criteria for lifelong discussion and debate.

And, my question is: What do the 1% do with that $160 billion? I suspect that the answer is that most of the money will sit inert to generate more billions that won't be taxed.
