Other than Putin, and maybe Bibi, although Bibi uses big bombs on fast planes to strike them. But I am sure he has drones now too. Both are already wanted by the ICC by the way.

Use his testimony to impeach Kegseth? We might even get a conviction this time. Then let the International Court in the Hague deal with him. Drumph can't pardon him out of that
