Sadly not many know, but its actually 6 main books, then 2 side stories about the schoolmasters and recently a book about side characters came out as well! The movie itself is actually pretty good!

The books are so much better. They removed so many characters, replaced the storyline & backstory etc. The movie is a bad written AU of the perfect books
