I'm sorry to hear that. It's a function of the PC itself. Doesn't matter what is on the screen (website, social media page, spreadsheet, whatever--it should capture it). That's why I thought it might help. 🫤

If you're on a Windows PC, hold down <Ctrl><Alt> and press the <PrtScn> key (usually on the top row to the right of the regular keys) to copy whatever is on the screen into the copy/paste buffer. From there you can paste it into a paint or word processing program to print and/or save..
