Well the legion 5 pro I had was an excellent machine and was very well built and easy to upgrade. I liked it quite a lot but it was too heavy for the amount of travel I’m doing now

Yeah the one I had was VERY accessible once you removed the bottom case and that was very easy to do

Start with cleaning the fins and fans first. I’ve re-pasted coolers before on laptops it has rarely made a difference on a system less than like 10yrs old. I don’t know the design specifically to recommend anything else really

It’s worth it. Also oculus own link software isn’t terrible it’s just not as good generally but it does work with the physical link cable

No it’s a free utility. I do use a paid one myself called Virtual Desktop, it’s $20 but works very well if your wifi can handle it

Oooh gotcha. You can wirelessly link using steam link and charge with a power bank in your pocket too. A lot of us use quest variants to enjoy pc vr wirelessly
