It's not out of character for RFK to fund this type of questionable research, it's who he is. I am more disappointed with whoever in Guinea-Bissau would allow this study on their children. Perhaps I am being an idealist, but where is our pride and dignity as Africans to agree to this idiocy?

All good but what are we to do about it? It's unfortunate how some of us were made to abandon our helathier diets that were deemed to be a marker of poverty for Western urban diets.

I expect that many HIV researchers will not be happy about the cartoon. I am not much into HIV research but I think that there is some oversimplification that one could point out in the cartoon.

I liked Chamisa even when he sold the masses false hope. However, the use of the word president to describe himself is unncessary and over the top. He doesn't even have a political party yet calling himself president. It's way past the time to drop the student activist mentality.

Is it merely a coincidence with Mnangagwa having attended the shindig with Xi in China?

Not sure how to respond to Kirsty's election as IOC president. I am pleased for her as an individual, she was a fantastic olympian but has been undoubtedly one of the worst ministers that Zimbabwe has ever had. I hope she can show competence as IOC president, otherwise Africa will have a bad name.
