Estou lendo agora as principais alterações no "International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants" que ocorrerão da Edição Madrid, e sinceramente a demora para tratar sobre a liberação da rejeição de nomes ofensivos. Além de "encorajar" depositar o material tipo no país de origem
