Older LGBTQ+ people too often feel invisible & face ageism in their daily lives, even within the LGBTQ+ communities. As the UK’s only LGBTQ+ retirement community, we want to celebrate our later lives & not have to hide our identities as we age 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

The funds have been repaid to the Community Housing Fund revolving loan facility, so that it can be used again to create more community-led housing projects.

Tonic has also converted the 2 unsold shared ownership properties into affordable rented homes.

We look forward to the reports recommendations being taken forward by the government, and playing our part in this to deliver more LGBTQ+ affirming retirement communities.
