We've all been massively let down by both LCC & the Metro Mayor. It needs to improve a million % but I don't think it will. There's a culture of patting themselves on the back whenever they can but never any acknowledgement that they got it wrong. They need to own it first.

It's ok to say walk around to another part but it's more congested than the M25 & your forced into a small obstructed channel to navigate which takes forever. I hope it's addressed sooner rather than later.

I'm UW & that US concourse is an absolute nightmare. No better than Goodison for queues or waiting time imo. The toilets by me are totally inadequate. I've walked around to UE & it was a much better experience but my god that US concourse is horrendous.

Tarky seems untouchable. He's been abysmal this season. He constantly puts in bang average performances. Makes basic silly mistakes but never gets dropped or subbed.
