Trump is missing a trick. Tonight there are about 15000 Albanians at Wembley. 95% will live in England. A good enough proportion shouldn’t be here. Trump should have international fixtures to drag his undesirables out. Will only work with football (soccer)

I’m really confused that all lgbtqia+ literature is sexual, as seems to be argued by those people trying to ban them from schools. It’s the same argument that “all gays fancy little boys” and is just as bollocks

Some jobs are more than jobs, they’re vocations. Teachers, health, park rangers, librarians and museum staff, youth services etc etc. It seems to me that the tangerine tyrant and DOGE are targeting them. These are the people who hold society together.

Other than rishi sunak ( who’s wife is worth billions) the uk members of parliament are in the main relatively poor. Some are millionaires but fortunately money doesn’t buy you power here. Unfortunately common sense also isn’t a normal attribute of our politicians. Don’t know the answer.

I’ve just watched the Richard dimbleby lecture. Gareth Southgate for the next prime minister. He talked more sense in that hour than ANY politician has talked in a month of Sundays.

What is Israel doing? After committing what can only be described as genocide it’s now breaking the cease fire by killing hundreds of civilians. (Excusable collateral damage to netenyahu to kill one or two Hamas fighters) Israel is losing friends by the day. They need friends to survive.

I’m really confused. Why does president trump bring a rapist over for st Patrick’s day. In England we have a huge number of Irish, (they can freely move) and the Irish pubs have a celebration but that’s it. Why so big in America. Why is it political?
