Glasman's not a peer because he's an inbred noble, only about 10% of them are. He was made a lord in 2010 because of his involvement in Labour politics. But he's still totally crackers, obviously.

Yes, this is the whole point. No artistic expression happens in a vacuum, everyone is producing based on a network of influences. Just because an actor isn't writing the words they speaking, doesn't mean they're not creating a whole layer of meaning on top of that through their interpretation.

yeah, the worst of the pedestrian crowding happens at the TCR/New Oxford Street end because the pavements are so narrow. Once you get to Great Portland Street things open up a lot. Hopefully they keep extending.

A decent chunk of the Museum of London Docklands also details the brutality enacted by both the British and the putative United States in the slave trade in the place where so much of it originated.

The things that make the web a web are links, the humble <a> tag, and that was the primo currency back then. These days, most platforms - morr apps, as opposed to web sites - explicitly don't want you to follow links if it can be avoided, as then you've gone somewhere else and might not return

Oh absolutely, that's what I meant! You could make them quite serious and nuanced, root them in big historical moments. Or do cheesy romps totally divorced from reality. Different director, different tone, different actor every time. Every 18 months or so, never more than 2hrs long.

Q-lebrimbor, is that anything? "Now, Bond, this appears to be an ordinary ring..."

TBH, my feeling after No Time to Die was that it would be quite good to do 3 or 4 episode Spooks-esque series on Prime with the Craig era cast - led by Lashana Lynch - that was a bit more topical and grounded, and then make the mainline films period pieces with a different Bond every time.

I liked the Craig films (well, not Spectre) and appreciated them having an arc to them, but I strongly agree that "Bond died in the last one and that's a huge problem" is just... dumb. Just start the thing with him tearing about in a car cracking wise and don't address it. It's fine!

Here's an idea, rather than giving it to people to give to the healthcare providers piecemeal, why not just give it to the healthcare providers directly, maybe negotiate some kind of bulk discounts? Hey, you could even use some of the funds to buy up the healthcare providers? Save users the admin 🤷🏼‍♂️

People 2-n will place most of their stickers where person 1 placed theirs, clustering all the stickers in one place, i.e. in the already warm spot of the heat map.

I had some recently in France, first time I'd ever eaten then despite being a born and raised Londoner. They were: ok. Quite tough, not enormously flavourful, needed a lot of dipping in sauce to be worth the effort of getting them out of the shell.

Do a full Charleston routine that makes the Taskmaster cry. You must not leave the red circle at any time. You must howl "keeeeep dancing" every 30 seconds, and will have 30 seconds added to your total every time you fail to do so. Fastest wins. Your time started when Anton last said "phwyurrrgh!"

Depends what environment you're targeting! Do you remember me slightly losing my mind over this about 6 months ago?

My 1.5 year old says "beep-beep!" every time she sees a bus, and it's annoying that she's not doubling it up so I can say "YEAAAAH!" straight after, tbh

Please create a bug issue in the repository and include the requested information: github.com/web-platform...

Setting my node version to 16.15.0 and running a babel build didn't produce an error, even if I explicitly used a browserslist query that calls baseline-browser-mapping, so I need more info

Hi there, can you file an issue on the GitHub repo please? Include your Node version, package.json, babel config, which version of baseline-browser-mapping. I need a lot more information to find the cause.
