Few specialists do not accept Medicare (standard) now. The insurance deletes practitioners who don't play ball (advantage etc) so - if the plan lets any physician etc participate and only pulls the bad ones, nearly every specialist is available. And many folks do have preferences.

You have the means to fix this problem. Some of your posts ask questions doctors and others have known for years. Please find some sharp medical billing folks and start a private non-profit medical insurance company.
