How do others deal with handles with POSSE syndication?

Say I post a note to my site with "@astro" and want that to post to my site with a link and Bluesky or Mastodon with a platform-specific handle, how do you do it?

A preview of what I've been tinkering with:

- full admin CMS for content creation
- twitter-like UI for notes, complete with markdown support
- pure CSS image carousels, because modern #css be crazy

All focused on Schema.org types and IndieWeb features like Webmentions, Microformats2, and Micropub

After years of wanting an opinionated CMS built right into an @astro.build app and based on IndieWeb standards and Microformats2 schemas, its finally here
