While I appreciate the tongue in cheek of the article, but giving this man any sort of “award” would demean anyone who has the award. He is serious about wanting a Kennedy Centre honour, which is supposed to be for a lifetime achievement in the arts, not for being part of a crappy reality TV show.

Walmart is the largest importer of Chinese made products. Even with the tariff lowered to 84%, no company can afford to “eat” that cost.
Last year, Walmart had a net operating profit margin of 4.3%, while this isn’t product margin, it sure is a good indicator that tariffs have to be passed along

While many US banks do operate in Canada, they do have to follow our more stringent policies that prevent them from doing things like sub-prime mortgages etc. These are designed to protect the banking consumer.

I have had issues with the verification process. In the app’s email, it says that if you are having problems getting verified, please contact this specific address. A week later and I still have not had a response. It doesn’t look like I will be able to vote.
