Le problème c’est que les nouvelles d’ici ne font que répéter ce qu’il dit. La vrai nouvelle c’est ce qui ce passe vraiment sur le terrain, souvent l’opposé de ce qu’il dit.

The challenge will be to identify the constraint as it evolved over the years (it moves). The US isn’t the only country with this challenge but it does have its unique dynamics.
